These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Canada Rewards research and rewards program and use of our website (the “Site”). By submitting your information or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate in the program or use the Site.

1. Program Overview

Canada Rewards operates an independent research and rewards program that analyzes Canadian telecom billing trends. We may offer a thank-you incentive (for example, a $20 CAD Interac e-Transfer) to individuals who meet our eligibility criteria and submit a recent phone bill.

Canada Rewards is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any phone carrier (including Rogers, Bell, TELUS, or others) or by Interac Corp.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of Canada.
• Have a valid, recent phone bill (mobile, home, or VoIP) dated within the last 3 months.
• Submit accurate and complete information.

We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to verify your eligibility. Participation in the program is void where prohibited by law.

3. One Reward Per Person and Household

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, the program is limited to one approved reward per person and per household. We may use information such as name, email address, billing address, and other data to enforce this limitation.

4. Submission Requirements

By submitting a phone bill or other information, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the legitimate account holder or have permission to submit the bill.
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You will not submit false, altered, or fraudulent documents.
• You will not attempt to participate multiple times under different names, emails, or addresses to obtain multiple rewards.

5. Incentives and Payments

If we approve your submission, we may provide a thank-you incentive, such as a $20 CAD Interac e-Transfer, to the email address you specified. We typically issue payments within 1–3 business days after approval, but timing may vary.

Incentives are subject to:

• Verification of eligibility and documentation.
• Fraud prevention checks.
• Program budget and monthly limits.

Submitting your information does not guarantee that you will receive a reward. We may decline any submission at our sole discretion, including where we suspect fraud, abuse, or ineligibility.

You are responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from receiving a reward, and you agree to comply with applicable tax laws.

6. No Carrier or Interac Affiliation

All carrier names and logos that may appear in your documentation are the property of their respective owners. Any references to carriers or Interac e-Transfer are solely for descriptive purposes. Canada Rewards is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

7. Use of the Site

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Site or program for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software provided on the Site, except where allowed by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Canada Rewards and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent, except as allowed under applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and program are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canada Rewards and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from or related to your use of the Site or participation in the program.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the program will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount of any reward actually paid to you, or (b) CAD $20.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Canada Rewards and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your participation in the program, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Program or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the program or the Site at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site or participation in the program after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of [Province] and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City, Province] to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the program.
